Job Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of hydraulic and mechanical press machines.
- Maintain and repair plastic injection moulding machines and related equipment.
- Assemble, dismantle, align, and install machine components.
- Troubleshoot mechanical faults in production machinery.
- Replace bearings, bushes, seals, gears, shafts, and couplings.
- Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Perform lubrication and routine machine inspections.
- Read mechanical drawings and maintenance manuals.
- Ensure minimum machine downtime and support production targets.
- Maintain maintenance records and report machine issues.
- Follow all safety procedures and use PPE during maintenance work.
- Coordinate with electricians and production teams for machine maintenance.

Skills Required:





- Positive knowledge of Hydraulic Press Machines.
- Experience with Plastic Injection Moulding Machines.
- Mechanical fitting and alignment skills.
- Knowledge of bearings, gearboxes, pumps, valves, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to use measuring instruments and maintenance tools.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Qualification:

- ITI Fitter / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 2–5 years in maintenance of press and moulding machines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹29,016.93 per month
