We are looking for a Telecaller to handle inbound customer calls related to computer hardware products and services. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend inbound customer calls related to desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV, networking, and other IT hardware products.
- Understand customer queries and provide basic information or troubleshooting support.
- Register service requests and maintain accurate call records.
- Coordinate with the technical support team for issue resolution.
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers.
- Ensure prompt, skilled, and courteous customer service.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in Tamil, English, Malayalam, Hindi and Telugu.




- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Basic knowledge of computers and IT hardware is preferred.
- Good listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Willingness to learn and work in a customer support environment.

Qualifications

- Any Graduate / Diploma.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer support is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
