Job Summary

As a Video Content Producer, your key responsibilities include:

- Owning the entire video production process—from ideation and scripting to production and final delivery.
- Creating long-form storytelling content, including documentary-style and episodic formats, that captivates and educates audiences.
- Guiding shoots with a strong sense of framing, composition, and narrative flow to ensure high-quality output.
- Collaborating with cross-country teams to adapt content for diverse markets and cultural contexts.
- Managing timelines, production workflows, and multiple content outputs to deliver projects on schedule without compromising quality.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in video-first content creation.




- Proven ability in storytelling and scripting across multiple formats.
- Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar platforms.
- Access to a network of video editors, creators, scriptwriters, or production partners to scale output when required.
- Interest in health, wellness, or educational content will be a strong advantage.
