Job OverviewWe are a growing real estate company looking for results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team. You will match clients with residential and commercial properties. This role requires local market knowledge and excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities
- Source leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Conduct site visits for prospective buyers around the Bojerhat area.
- Negotiate deals and close sales to meet monthly targets.
- Maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and local property networks.
- Update CRM records with accurate client and property detail
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in real estate sales or direct field sales.
- Location: Must be able to easily commute to the Bhatipota/Bojerhat/Hatisala junction.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, convincing power, and local language proficiency (Bengali and Hindi).
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) minimum; Graduate preferred.
