The Corporate HSE Officer is responsible for ensuring that all health, safety, and environmental policies are effectively implemented across the organization’s projects, with a specialized focus on compliance with Saudi Aramco’s standards and documentation requirements.
Develop, implement, and audit corporate HSE policies and procedures in compliances.
Maintain awareness of regulatory changes and ensure all corporate and project HSE practices are updated accordingly.
Support project teams in preparing, reviewing, and submitting HSE documentation (HSE Plans, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, PTWs
Coordinate and conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure HSE compliance across all projects.
Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses,
and ensure closeout of corrective actions according to Local and Saudi HSE standards.
Liaise with client HSE representatives, consultants, and local authorities to maintain regulatory compliance and ensure approval of documentation.
Provide HSE training, awareness sessions, and toolbox talks tailored to Saudi project requirements and cultural sensitivities.
Monitor and report key HSE metrics and KPIs to senior management.
Support the prequalification and tendering processes by preparing HSE-related documentation specific to Saudi Aramco’s clients and projects.
