Liaisoning Executive – Solar

Job Responsibilities

- Handle government liaisoning and statutory approvals for Solar PV projects.
- Coordinate with government departments, electricity distribution companies, local authorities, and other regulatory agencies.
- Manage documentation and follow-up for electricity connections, net metering, approvals, NOC, permits, and project-related clearances.
- Coordinate with DISCOM, CE/EE offices, Electrical Inspectorate, local administration, and other relevant authorities.
- Prepare, submit, and track applications, drawings, forms, and supporting documents.
- Maintain regular follow-up with concerned departments to ensure timely approvals and project execution.
- Visit government offices and project sites as required for documentation, inspections, approvals, and coordination.
- Maintain proper records of applications, approvals, correspondence, and statutory documents.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Project, Legal, and Management teams regarding approval requirements.
- Identify approval-related issues and ensure timely resolution.




- Keep updated with applicable solar policies, electricity regulations, net-metering guidelines, and government procedures.
- Prepare regular status reports on pending and completed approvals.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Solar Project Liaisoning and Government Approval Processes.
- Experience dealing with DISCOM and government authorities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and documentation.
- Willingness to travel and visit government offices/sites as required.
- Strong networking and relationship-management skills.

Key Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Liaisoning / Government Coordination, preferably in the Solar/EPC industry.
- Candidates with experience in DISCOM, Electrical Inspectorate, Net Metering, and Solar Project Approvals will be preferred.
- Strong local government and departmental coordination experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
