1. To provide ethical, safe, effective and compassionate patient care around the clock under the supervision of consultants.

2. To assist consultants in complete management of patients including initial work up, evaluation, diagnosis and medical or surgical management.

3. To attend emergency cases and providing appropriate care.

4. To coordinate between different medical team members (Anesthetists, Consultants and surgeons-Gynae)

5. To participate actively and positively in weekly activities and research work

6. To ensure proper attention to the patient & their attendants.

7. To take proper informed consent before any proceedings/admission.

8. To provide expert consultation in consortium with Senior consultant and manage all patients.

11. To generate reports on test / procedures performed (Operation notes and discharge summary)

12. To ensure that the wards / O.T. rooms have equipment / facilities necessary for rendering patient care.

13. To take regular rounds of the patients in IPD for constant follow up and monitoring of their treatment charts.

14. Maintaining the over register during the IPD duties.

15. Assisting the surgeon/consultant during different kind of procedures.

16.



To supervise all nursing / para medical and non-medical staff of the department to maintain discipline and high standard of medical care at the departments.

17. To coordinate and contribute with the team for development of newer facilities.

18. To coordinate with MS on all matters relating to provision infrastructure and maintenance, support-complaint redressal of patients.

19. To take part in all regular CMEs.

20. To ensure optimum utilisation of resources by the him /her and subordinates

21. To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital.

22. To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital.

23. To Comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area

24. To Comply with patient safety policy.

25. To conduct peripheral OPDs as and when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
