We are seeking a fluent Spanish Translator to support communication between healthcare providers and Spanish-speaking patients. The ideal candidate will accurately interpret and translate conversations between Spanish and English while ensuring clear, professional, and compassionate communication. This role requires direct interaction with patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams in a fast-paced healthcare workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide real-time interpretation between Spanish and English during patient and provider interactions.
- Translate verbal communication accurately from Spanish to English and English to Spanish.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with Spanish-speaking patients.
- Assist healthcare providers during patient consultations by interpreting conversations effectively.
- Coordinate communication between providers and Spanish-speaking patients regarding appointments, medical concerns, and follow-ups.
- Support patient triage by gathering and communicating patient information accurately.
- Communicate directly with both Spanish-speaking and English-speaking patients as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company privacy policies.
- Document interactions accurately in the required systems.




- Collaborate with the healthcare operations team to ensure seamless patient care.

Required Qualifications

- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to interpret conversations accurately and professionally.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential patient information.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with healthcare systems.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience as a medical interpreter, healthcare translator, or customer support representative.
- Experience handling patient calls or healthcare coordination.
- Knowledge of medical terminology in both English and Spanish is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
