we have urgent Hiring for HR Manager for a manufacturing company located in Derabasi(Punjab)

Experience: 10 years TO 12 years

HR Operations

- Manage attendance, leave records, shift schedules, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
- Maintain employee records in HRMS.

Employee Relations & Engagement

- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Conduct engagement activities, welfare programs, and employee communication.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and reduce attrition.

Statutory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, Factory Act, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate labour inspections and maintain statutory registers.
- Manage contract labour compliance and vendor documentation.

Performance Management & Training





- Drive performance appraisal processes.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Support succession planning and employee development initiatives.

HR Reporting

- Prepare monthly HR MIS reports.
- Monitor manpower, absenteeism, attrition, and productivity metrics.
- Present HR reports to senior management.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with payroll, HRMS, and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
