The People Insights & Process Manager sits within the Operations function and works closely with the People Systems Lead and the Regional Heads of P&C; for APAC, Europe, and Americas. The role partners closely with internal departments and external vendors to deliver effective, data-driven and compliant People operations.

The role is responsible for driving People process excellence through workforce analytics, process improvement, governance and the successful delivery of key annual People programmes. It also supports HR technology initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

This is a 12-month contract for maternity coverage with opportunities for extension or conversion to a permanent position, subject to business requirements and individual performance.
