About the Role

Asset Homes is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Associates to join our Sales & Marketing team. As the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers, you will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience by engaging with leads, providing project information, scheduling site visits, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about Asset Homes' residential projects.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on their interest and purchase readiness.
- Schedule, coordinate, and reconfirm customer site visits.
- Conduct timely follow-ups before and after site visits to maintain customer engagement.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover and regular status updates.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, call logs, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to calls, follow-ups, lead conversions, and site visits.
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent the Asset Homes brand professionally.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and customer relationship management skills.
- 0–2 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, customer support, BPO, or a similar customer-facing role. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple follow-ups.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software or MS Office applications.
- Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
