Job Summary:
A Garment Merchandiser is responsible for coordinating the complete order process from buyer inquiry to final shipment. The role involves buyer communication, product development, costing, sourcing, production follow-up, quality coordination, and timely delivery while meeting customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Handle order inquiries, costing, and price negotiations.
- Coordinate sample development and buyer approvals.
- Source fabrics, trims, and accessories.
- Prepare purchase orders and merchandising documentation.
- Monitor production schedules and Time & Action (T&A;) plans.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and shipping departments.
- Track order progress and resolve production issues.
- Ensure quality standards and buyer compliance are maintained.
- Manage shipment planning and on-time delivery.




- Prepare merchandising reports and maintain order records.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Fashion, Textile, Apparel, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in garment/apparel merchandising.
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing, fabrics, trims, and sourcing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (preferred).
- Robust communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
