Fashion Designing Instructor / Trainer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Fashion Designing Instructor / Trainer to teach and mentor students enrolled in our 1-Year Advanced Fashion Designing Course. The ideal candidate should possess strong practical and theoretical knowledge of fashion design and be committed to developing students' creative and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach fashion designing fundamentals and fashion illustration.
- Train students in pattern making, drafting, and garment construction.
- Conduct practical classes on women's wear and kids wear.
- Teach embroidery, surface ornamentation, and draping techniques.
- Guide students in portfolio development and final-year projects.
- Provide basic training in Fashion CAD (CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator).
- Introduce students to boutique management and entrepreneurship concepts.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

RequirementsSkills





- Strong knowledge of garment construction and pattern making.
- Experience in fashion illustration and textile science.
- Knowledge of embroidery and fabric decoration techniques.
- Ability to conduct both practical and theory classes.
- Fashion CAD knowledge (CorelDRAW/Adobe Illustrator) is preferred.
- Good communication and mentoring skills.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Degree in Fashion Designing or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching or industry experience preferred.
