Primary Focus: Meta Ad Creatives – Static, Video & AI-assisted Content

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, hands-on Performance Creative Intern to help us produce high-quality, conversion-focused ad creatives for a growing consumer brand.

This is not a social media management or Meta Ads/media-buying role. Your primary responsibility will be to create ad creatives.

You will work directly with the founder and our Meta Ads specialist. We will provide creative direction, references, product information and performance briefs — and you will turn those ideas into polished, scroll-stopping ads.

We’re looking for someone who understands that a good performance ad isn’t just about looking beautiful — it needs to grab attention, communicate quickly and make someone want to click or buy.

What You’ll Do

Performance Ad Creatives

* Create static and short-form video creatives for Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook)

* Turn creative briefs, rough ideas and references into finished ads

* Create variations of concepts with different hooks, headlines, layouts and formats for testing

* Repurpose existing product shoots, images and content into performance creatives

* Edit existing UGC footage into shorter ad versions and different creative formats

* Combine product footage, UGC, graphics, text and music into short-form ads where required

AI-Assisted Creative Production

* Use AI tools to create or enhance backgrounds, product environments, visual concepts and ad assets

* Experiment with AI-generated images and short-form videos where appropriate





* Use AI to create creative variations quickly while ensuring the final output looks natural, believable and brand-appropriate — not obviously AI-generated

BONUS

We’d love someone who is also comfortable occasionally appearing in simple employee-generated/product content or helping shoot basic product content on a phone.

This isn’t the primary responsibility of the role — just a great bonus!

Tools & Skills

Comfort with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, video-editing software and current AI image/video tools is preferred. You don’t need to know every software — what matters most is having a valuable creative eye and the ability to turn an idea or reference into a polished finished ad.

How We’ll Work

This is a hybrid internship based in Mumbai. Initially, you’ll spend some time working directly with the founder to understand the brand, products and creative direction. Thereafter, much of the execution can be done remotely, with in-person working sessions when required.

You’ll receive creative direction and briefs from the founder and our Meta Ads specialist, create the required ads and variations, and iterate based on feedback and ad performance.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
