Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle cash, UPI, credit/debit card, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Generate bills and issue receipts.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer and reconcile cash at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Resolve customer queries related to billing and payments professionally.
- Coordinate with the floor and service team to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter.
- Follow company policies, billing procedures, and cash-handling guidelines.
- Report any billing discrepancies or system issues to the reporting manager.
- Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- 0–3 years of experience as a Cashier in Hospitality, QSR, Café, Restaurant, Retail, or Food & Beverage industry.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS billing systems.
- Good numerical and cash-handling skills.
- Positive communication and customer service skills.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
