Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager with strong technical expertise in rotary equipment spares.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience selling or handling spares for:

- Reciprocating, Screw & Centrifugal Compressors
- Pumps & Turbines
- Other rotating industrial equipment

Experience in the industrial valve industry will be an added advantage.
This role involves frequent travel to industrial hubs, customer sites, and partner locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve sales targets and drive business development initiatives
- Identify and onboard new clients for rotary equipment spares
- Travel regularly to customer sites and major industrial zones
- Build strong relationships with Mechanical, Maintenance, and Purchase Departments
- Provide product knowledge, technical support, and solutions
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close orders




- Track competitor activity and gather market intelligence
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries
- Guide and support the sales team (if applicable)

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in selling/handling spares for compressors, pumps, turbines, or rotating equipment
- Strong network among Mechanical Engineers, Maintenance Teams & Purchase Executives
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, catalogs, and specifications
- Experience in valves, B2B industrial sales, or inside sales coordination (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
- Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Willingness to travel extensively

Education

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Experience with industrial spares or OEMs is a strong advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
