Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and analytical AI/ML Developer with strong knowledge of Python, Machine Learning, data analysis, and AI model development. The role involves developing and optimizing AI/ML models, preparing and processing data, evaluating model performance, and integrating AI solutions into applications. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to code reviews, documentation, and continuous innovation.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in:

Relevant certifications or projects in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Science, or Python will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the development, training, testing, and optimization of Machine Learning and AI models.

- Support the implementation of AI solutions based on project and business requirements.

- Collaborate with senior developers to integrate AI and ML models into existing software systems.

- Perform data collection, analysis, cleaning, preprocessing, and transformation to support model training.

- Prepare and organize datasets for Machine Learning model development and evaluation.

- Evaluate model performance using appropriate testing methods and performance metrics.

- Identify opportunities to improve model accuracy, efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and development processes.

- Assist in debugging and resolving technical issues related to AI models and integrations.

- Document AI model workflows, technical processes, development activities, and findings.

- Communicate technical concepts, project updates, and results clearly with internal teams.

- Collaborate with Software Development, Data, Product, and other cross-functional teams.

- Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, frameworks, research, and advancements in AI and Machine Learning.

Eligibility

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

- Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python.

- Familiarity with AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong willingness to learn from senior developers and adapt to emerging AI technologies.

- Candidates with strong academic projects, internships, or practical AI/ML experience are encouraged to apply.
