Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a confident and fluent english communication candidate for this role,a result-oriented Telesales Executive who will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating qualified leads, following up with prospects, and scheduling product demos for the in-house team. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to explain product/service offerings clearly to potential clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain the company products/services effectively.

2. Generate leads through calling, maintain proper follow-up, and update the status of each prospect regularly.

3. Understand client requirements, identify potential opportunities, and share relevant details with the sales/demo team.

4.



Schedule online or in-person product demos for the in-house team and coordinate with prospects for confirmation.

5. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, demo schedules, and client responses in the assigned system or tracker.

6. Handle basic client queries professionally and escalate important requirements or concerns to the concerned team.

7. Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, demo scheduling, and follow-up targets within the given timelines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
