Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead

brand development, client acquisition, and market positioning efforts across the group. The

ideal candidate will design and execute the organization's overall marketing strategy, driving

growth and visibility across both financial advisory and capital market verticals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the organization's annual marketing strategy and budget

Strengthen brand positioning for Financial Advisory and Capital Market services

Plan and oversee digital marketing efforts (SEO, social media, content, email

campaigns)

Design and execute lead generation strategies to attract new clients

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities

Build, train, and manage the marketing team

Oversee PR, events, and public image-related activities





Collaborate with senior management to align marketing goals with business

objectives

Analyze marketing performance data and prepare regular reports

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

(MBA preferred)

Minimum 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in Financial Services,

Capital Markets, or Consultancy

Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms

Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills

Fluency in English (and Bengali, if location-relevant)

Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making ability

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
