About the Role
As Junior Finance Analyst, you'll support our Client Account Finance Manager in delivering critical financial operations for major client accounts. You'll gain hands-on experience across month-end close, invoicing, reporting, and financial controls while working with enterprise systems and building essential finance skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute month-end close activities including balance sheet reconciliations, GL reviews, and SOX controls
• Manage client invoicing process with complete supporting documentation
• Perform bank account funding, reconciliations, and journal entry preparation
• Support E1 system administration including company setups and chart of accounts maintenance
• Act as financial point of contact for client queries, building strong working relationships
• Review payroll and disbursement costs, ensuring accuracy and compliance
What You'll Bring
• 2 years of experience in a similar role with robust accounting background
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) plus experience with PeopleSoft or JDE E1
• Excellent English communication and exceptional attention to detail
• Proactive problem-solver who thrives managing competing priorities under tight deadlines
• Self-motivated team player committed to continuous learning
