Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:
Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Bauprojekten
Erstellung und Kontrolle von Zeitplänen und Budgets
Führung und Anleitung von Bauteams und Subunternehmern
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Sicherheitsvorschriften und gesetzlichen Bestimmungen
Kommunikation mit Kunden, Architekten und Behörden
Subunternehmer, in Einzelfällen mit dem Kunden
Durchführung regelmäßiger Baustellenbegehungen und Fortschrittskontrollen
Erstellung von Berichten und Dokumentation des Baufortschritts
Konfliktmanagement und Problemlösung auf der Baustelle
Abnahme von Bauleistungen mit dem Projektleiter und Übergabe an den Bauherrn

Anforderungen:
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (Abschlossene Berufsausbildung im Handwerklichen Bereich)
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung
Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bauplanung und -ausführung
Vertrautheit mit relevanten Bauvorschriften und Sicherheitsbestimmungen
Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Hohe Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Software
Führerschein Klasse B
Hohe Reisebereitschaft
