Responsibilities
Drive impact by developing new products, improving features, and optimizing conversion rates.
Own the end-to-end user experience across web, mobile, and backend systems.
Analyze user behavior using analytics tools to enhance core critical metrics.
Understand, define, analyze and document client requirements and struggles by conducting regular meetings.
Effectively communicate the translation of requirements from business and technical sources into technical design direction using specifications, whiteboard discussions, UML modeling techniques, and more.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D;, Payments, Customer Support, CRM, Design, and Analytics.
Conduct product and market research to identify trends, innovations, and strategic opportunities.




Define and execute product roadmaps.
