Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage financial reporting, taxation, auditing, budgeting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure the organization's financial health by maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and statutory regulations.
- Manage direct and indirect tax matters, including GST, TDS, income tax, and related filings.
- Coordinate and support statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.
- Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for cost optimization and profitability.
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, regulatory authorities, and external consultants.
- Develop and maintain internal financial controls and accounting processes.
- Support management with financial planning and strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)



from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or equivalent professional body.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–7 years of relevant experience (depending on the role).

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and business analysis.
- Knowledge of corporate laws and regulatory compliance.
