Key Responsibilities:
Manage payroll compliance and statutory updates.
Analyze payroll market trends.
Collaborate with Sales, Product & Tech teams.
Conduct product demos and client onboarding.
Create product documentation and marketing materials.
Build strong client and HR relationships.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (Business, HR, Finance, Marketing, or related field).
2–5+ years of payroll administration/operations experience.
Strong knowledge of payroll, taxation, and HR processes.
Experience with payroll software is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Pay: ₹14,709.20 - ₹34,126.53 per month
