- Experienced Technical/Enterprise Architect with over 10+ years of relevant experience and a proven track record of governing end-to-end solution architecture across enterprise applications, integrations, identity management, reporting, and related platforms
- Strong background in enterprise application architecture, cloud platforms, integration patterns, security, and data architecture
- TOGAF or equivalent certified professionals preferred
- Experience of developing technical solutions involving Webservices/Rest APIs in the context of an ERP application (Oracle preferred, not mandatory)
- Experience leading design reviews, technical risk assessments, and resolving cross-functional issues involving multiple vendors and internal teams
- Working knowledge of architecture governance frameworks — standards alignment, cybersecurity requirements, data governance, and integration best practices




- Robust stakeholder management skills — able to work directly with vendors, business stakeholders, and project teams to evaluate options and provide technical guidance
- Skilled in maintaining architecture documentation, reviewing technical deliverables, and identifying cross-system dependencies
- Experience managing architectural risks, assumptions, and exceptions throughout project lifecycles
- Exposure to HR/Payroll platforms (e.g., Oracle HCM, ADP) is ideal but not mandatory; broad enterprise systems experience is the priority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present architectural decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
