Job Summary

The Operations Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end travel operations, ensuring smooth execution of bookings, coordinating with vendors, and delivering an excellent travel experience to guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate hotel, flight, cab, visa, and sightseeing bookings as per the confirmed itinerary.
- Communicate with hotels, transport providers, and other vendors to ensure timely confirmations.
- Prepare and share travel vouchers, confirmations, and travel documents with guests.
- Resolve operational issues and provide timely support to guests during their travel.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Ticketing, and Visa teams for seamless execution of bookings.
- Monitor all bookings to ensure services are delivered accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate operational records,



booking details, and daily reports.
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and escalations professionally while ensuring timely resolution.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in travel operations.

Required Skills

- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Vendor management and negotiation abilities.
- Problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other operational tools.
