About the Role

Kribaga Realty Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sourcing Team Leader to lead our sourcing team at the Bhugaon project. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in real estate sourcing, channel partner (CP) management, team handling, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Sourcing Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and real estate consultants.
- Generate quality site visits and bookings through the CP network.
- Identify, onboard, and activate new Channel Partners.
- Conduct regular CP meets, presentations, and engagement activities.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure target achievement.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for customer follow-ups and successful closures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate updates in the CRM.
- Analyze market trends,



competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Plan sourcing strategies to maximize business opportunities and revenue.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing/Channel Sales.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in team handling.
- Strong network of Channel Partners in Pune is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Areas

Candidates with solid Channel Partner networks in Bhugaon, Bavdhan, Kothrud, Baner, Hinjawadi, Pashan, Mahalunge, Wakad, Balewadi, Sus, Chandni Chowk, and nearby Pune locations will be preferred.

Salary & Perks

- Salary: ₹65,000 – ₹85,000 per month (Based on experience)
