Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QC Manager to lead the Quality Control function and ensure consistent quality across raw materials, production processes, and finished products.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall Quality Control operations.
- Monitor raw material, in-process, and finished product quality.
- Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Handle customer complaints and root cause analysis.
- Develop and maintain quality inspection procedures and SOPs.
- Lead and train the QC team.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments for quality improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement and reduce defects and rejections.

Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance.
- Experience in Quartz, Engineered Stone, Tiles, Ceramics, or similar manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of quality inspection and process control.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
