Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE System Administrator

Position Summary

TAP Innovations is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE System Administrator to support and optimize a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales Hub & Customer Service) environment. This is not a staff augmentation role; the selected resource will be part of TAP's engineering team, providing managed services, platform administration, documentation, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer Dynamics 365 CE environments (Dev/Test/Prod).
- Manage users, security roles, solutions, and environment health.
- Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and Power Automate flows.
- Support deployments, release management, and ALM best practices.
- Troubleshoot integrations and platform issues.
- Document configurations, processes, and technical runbooks.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and client stakeholders.
- Support Power BI reporting and platform enhancements.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM administration experience.
- Robust knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Power Automate.
- Experience with security roles, solution management, and environment administration.
- Understanding of C#, JavaScript customizations,



and integrations (preferred for troubleshooting).
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Experience with Power BI, Customer Voice, Adobe Sign, and Azure DevOps/Git.
- Managed services or consulting experience.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 per month
