About the Role

Angroos Gifts Boutique is looking for a creative, result-oriented, and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager & Social Media Marketer to manage our online presence, increase brand awareness, generate quality enquiries, and drive sales through digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital marketing, social media, content strategy, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging content ideas, captions, reels, stories, short videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors, designers, and content creators to produce high-quality content.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize advertisements to improve reach, engagement, enquiries, and conversions.
- Develop content calendars and maintain consistent posting schedules.
- Handle customer enquiries received through social media, comments, messages, WhatsApp, email, and the website.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert enquiries into successful orders.
- Improve website traffic through SEO, content marketing, and other digital marketing strategies.
- Monitor competitors, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.




- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Build brand awareness and maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.
- Assist in planning and promoting seasonal campaigns, product launches, corporate gifting campaigns, exhibitions, and special events.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Fluent Malayalam is required. Basic English communication is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, graphic design, or content creation will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, video editing, or similar tools is preferred.
- Understanding of SEO, social media trends, and content marketing is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Passion for branding, creativity, and continuous learning.

Additional Responsibilities

- Candidate should be available to coordinate urgent campaigns, festival promotions, and time-sensitive posts whenever required.
- During seasonal campaigns or major product launches, additional working hours may be required.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and digital marketing strategies.
- Generate creative ideas to improve customer engagement, brand visibility, and sales performance.
- Maintain brand consistency across all online platforms.
