· Plan and organize production schedules to meet customer demand and production targets.

· Monitor production processes to identify and address inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or quality issues.

· Ensure compliance with quality control standards and procedures throughout the production process.

· Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify product quality and consistency.

· Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure availability of raw materials and components for production.

· Monitor inventory levels and anticipate material requirements to prevent shortages or excess inventory.

· Conduct safety inspections and audits, identifying hazards and implementing corrective actions.





· Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.

· Generate reports on production performance, efficiency metrics, and quality indicators.

· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

· Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
