Key Responsibilities

- Design innovative ceramic wall and floor tile collections.
- Develop concepts, patterns, textures, and color palettes based on market trends.
- Create digital artworks and production-ready files for ceramic tile printing.
- Work with glaze, ink, and surface development teams to achieve the desired visual effects.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate execution of designs.
- Develop new surface finishes such as matte, glossy, rustic, carving, sugar, stone, and decorative effects.
- Conduct design trials and evaluate production samples.
- Maintain consistency in design quality, color accuracy, and repeat patterns.
- Research global design trends, architecture, interior design, fashion, and natural materials for inspiration.




- Support marketing by preparing design presentations, catalogs, and promotional materials.
- Continuously improve existing products and contribute cutting-edge ideas for new collections.

Technical Skills

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- CorelDRAW
- Digital printing workflow for ceramic tiles
- Color management and texture development
- Knowledge of ceramic production processes and quality standards

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
