Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and services. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing vendors, negotiating prices, issuing purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate procurement records while optimizing costs and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best commercial terms.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with project, stores, accounts, and operations teams regarding procurement requirements.
- Maintain vendor database and build long-term supplier relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchases to prevent stock shortages.




- Verify invoices, delivery challans, and purchase documentation.
- Ensure purchased materials meet quality specifications.
- Track pending orders and resolve supply-related issues.
- Prepare monthly purchase reports, cost analysis, and procurement MIS.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Experience in procurement of electrical, electronic, ELV, CCTV, networking, fire alarm, fire hydrant, or related engineering materials will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
