Kayaan Prints Pvt. Ltd. is one of India’s leading saree manufacturing and wholesale companies, serving thousands of dealers across the country. We are looking for an energetic, result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, increase dealer network, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Manage and lead the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
- Develop new dealers and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Monitor daily sales reports, order pipeline, collections, and outstanding payments.
- Review sales performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts to ensure smooth order execution.
- Plan sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and market expansion.
- Visit key dealers and major markets across India.
- Train, motivate, and mentor sales executives.
- Ensure timely customer issue resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
- 5–10+ years of experience in sales management.
- Experience in textile, saree, apparel, FMCG, or wholesale distribution preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
- Willingness to travel across India.
