Key Responsibilities:

- Design event-related creatives including event posters, invitations, backdrops, standees, event branding materials, and stage designs.
- Create digital assets for social media campaigns, emailers, and website banners.
- Assist in conceptualizing event themes, visual identities, and brand guidelines for projects.
- Develop layouts, illustrations, and graphic elements as per event requirements.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Work closely with the event, marketing, and production teams to understand project requirements and deliver creatives on time.
- Adapt and revise existing creatives based on client feedback.
- Maintain an organized library of design assets

Skills & Competencies:

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (knowledge of Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus).
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.




- Creative thinking with solid attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Fresher or up to 6 months of experience, preferably in the event management or creative industry.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design skills (academics, internships, or freelance work accepted).
