Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and execute design solutions that meet project objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and quality.
- Manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into your work.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a design role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively.
Nice to have
- Experience in user experience (UX) design.
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS).
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
