Responsibilities

Take care of the day-to-day business operations.

Drive business growth by bringing in new ideas and opportunities.

Handle sales, marketing, and customer acquisition.

Manage inventory, stock purchases, and overall business operations.

Be willing to travel to other states for stock procurement when required.

Identify relevant exhibitions, trade shows, and business events to participate in.

Take complete ownership of planning and managing events from start to finish.

Coordinate with vendors, customers, and the team to ensure smooth execution.

Take full responsibility for achieving business goals and contributing to the company's growth.

Requirements

Investment of ₹50,000 as a business partner.





Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership skills.

Experience in business operations, sales, or management is preferred.

Valuable communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of business performance.

Basic knowledge of finance, marketing, and operations.
