We are hiring Deputy Manager - Credit for Micro Finance Department, Must have minimum 5 Years of experience in Micro Finance , credit department as Managerial Level

Job Responsibilites:

1. Ensure file quality and improve the data entry quality of branches through respective hierarchies.

2. Ensure the quality of loan sourcing

3. Ensure the credit policies are in place and adhere to regulations

4. Monitor CA & RE and ensure daily dues without fail

5. Ensure collection updates in the system

6. Ensure audit rating: Make the branch achieve Excellent ratings

7. Audit Rectification and Audit reply with in the stipulated time

8. Branch visits.

9. Credit-related training

10. Attendance Monitoring and Discipline

Requirements:

1.Graduation

2.Min 5+yrs of experience in MFI (CREDIT DEPARTMENTS) in Managerial Level.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary: ₹35000/-to 40000/-per month, based on experience
