Quick Commerce Pickup & Delivery Executive Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and energetic Pickup & Delivery Executive to collect customer orders from partner retailers and deliver them safely to customers within the promised time. You will represent our brand by providing fast, accurate, and professional service. Key Responsibilities - Pick up packed orders from partner retail stores. - Deliver orders to customers quickly and safely. - Verify order details before pickup and at delivery. - Handle Cash on Delivery (COD) payments when required. - Follow the fastest delivery routes using GPS. - Maintain skilled behavior with retailers and customers. - Report delivery issues, delays, or damaged items immediately. - Ensure products are handled carefully during transportation. - Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines. - Maintain high delivery success and customer satisfaction.



Requirements - Minimum 10th Pass. - Valid two-wheeler driving licence. - Own bike/scooter with valid RC, insurance, and PUC. - Android smartphone with internet connection. - Basic communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills - Good knowledge of local routes. - Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy. - Customer-friendly attitude. - Basic smartphone and navigation app usage.
