IT Identity Governance administrator is responsible for managing and ensuring the integrity, security, and availability of user identities, and access controls within the organization's IT systems. This position plays a crucial role in establishing and maintaining the organization's identity governance framework, ensuring secure and controlled access to systems, apps, endpoints and mitigating the risks associated with user identities and access controls. nnResponsibilities: nManaging user access rights, roles, and permissions, as well as monitoring and reviewing user access activities. nOversee the administration and configuration of identity and access management (IAM) systems and tools, such as identity management solutions, directory services, and access control systems. Ensure the accurate and effective provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts. nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, Infosec, compliance, and audit, to ensure the alignment of identity governance practices with overall IT security and compliance objectives. Provide subject matter expertise and support during audits and compliance assessments.
