Position: AR Caller Hospital Billing (US Healthcare RCM) Location: Hyderabad Experience: 1 Year Shift: US Night Shift Employment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced AR Caller with 1 year of hands-on experience in Hospital Billing to join our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The candidate will be responsible for insurance follow-up, denial management, and ensuring timely reimbursement of outstanding hospital claims by coordinating with US insurance companies. Key Responsibilities
- Perform outbound calls to US insurance companies for claim status follow-up.
- Work on Hospital Billing accounts and resolve outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Analyze denied, rejected, underpaid, and unpaid claims.
- Review and interpret EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and ERAs.
- Process appeals, corrected claims, and claim resubmissions.
- Handle denials related to eligibility, authorization, medical necessity, coding, COB, and timely filing.
- Document call outcomes and update billing systems accurately.
- Coordinate with Coding, Charge Entry, Payment Posting,



and QA teams for claim resolution.
- Prioritize aging claims (30/60/90/120 days) to improve collections.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and collection targets.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of AR Calling experience in Hospital Billing.
- Good understanding of the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Hands-on experience in Insurance Follow-up and Denial Management.
- Knowledge of Hospital Billing workflows.
- Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, EOB, ERA, and claim adjudication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a US shift setting.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with billing systems such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or Athena.
- Exposure to Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility
- Any Graduate.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in AR Calling (Hospital Billing).
- Comfortable working in US Night Shift from Hyderabad.
