Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lab In-Charge with 8–10 years of experience in the detergent manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing laboratory operations, supporting R&D; activities, ensuring product quality, handling internal and external audits, and interacting with customers on technical and quality-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Lead product testing, quality control, and R&D; activities for detergent products.
- Handle internal, external, and customer audits, ensuring audit readiness and compliance.
- Develop, review, and maintain laboratory documentation, SOPs, and test records.
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with production, quality,



and technical teams to ensure consistent product quality.
- Interact with customers to address technical queries, quality concerns, and product-related issues.
- Lead and mentor laboratory personnel while ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
- Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related discipline.
- 8–10 years of laboratory experience in the detergent or FMCG manufacturing industry.
- Robust knowledge of quality control systems, R&D; processes, and laboratory management.
- Experience handling customer interactions and quality audits.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Tamil-speaking candidates are preferred.
