We are looking for a dynamic, compassionate, and organised HR cum Student Mentor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Student counselling and mentoring
Conduct orientation and life skill sessions
HR recruitment and employee coordination
Maintain staff and student records
Support project implementation and communication

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline (Psychology, Social Work, HR, Education preferred)
- Positive communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace)
- Passion for education,



youth development, and social impact
- Experience in HR or student mentoring will be an added advantage

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)
