Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Ensure zero legal and corporate non-compliance related to the electrical system. Maintain strong working relationships with local authorities such as Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST), Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), and other relevant agencies
- Develop and implement effective capacity monitoring and planning to ensure timely fulfillment of electrical system demand through tools such as Tableau, SAP, and other digital platforms
- Define and maintain the technology roadmap, specifications, databases, and documentation for the electrical system in compliance with local regulations and corporate requirements
- Lead and/or support project execution activities, including but not limited to feasibility studies, budgeting, preparation and approval of design criteria, calculations, specifications, drawings, documentation, cost control, progress reporting, and project handover
- Serve as the site focal point for electrical systems, providing technical support to both project and operations teams
- Act as the local site electrical system technical expert and representative for discussions, knowledge sharing, and collaboration within the Facility Management Cluster
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in electrical engineering within semiconductor facilities management, facilities services, facilities engineering, or other related industries
- Lead and/or support problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as 8D, Lean Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Change Management
