Key Growth Targets

- Newsletter: 500K 5M subscribers in 24 months
- Instagram: 700K 2M followers
- YouTube: Launch and scale to 1M subs

What You’ll Own

AI-First Content Strategy & Execution

- Lead strategy and execution across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and the newsletter
- Use AI tools to 10x output: ChatGPT, Midjourney, Descript, Opus Clip, Notion AI, etc.
- Design experiments, iterate fast, and make content that travels
- Ideate brief script distribute analyze—either yourself or with a team

AI Newsletter Ownership

Own India’s fastest-growing generative AI newsletter
- Manage editorial, growth, retention, segmentation, and automation
- Be deeply plugged into AI trends globally—and translate them into sharp, digestible content
- Create or oversee content that positions us as a global thought leader in AI

Brand Management & Sponsorships

- Be the single point of contact for all brand collabs and sponsorships
- Handle outreach, negotiation, delivery, and ROI tracking
- Ensure all partnerships align with personal brand voice, tone, and content performance
- Data & Distribution Ownership





- Track performance like a D2C growth marketer: hooks, CTRs, retention curves, virality, engagement
- Build dashboards, analyze trends, and guide strategy using numbers—not gut
- Every post, video, and email must have data behind the decision

- Team Leadership & Hands-On Execution

- Lead a lean team of editors, writers, and automation experts
- Build systems, workflows, and templates that scale
- Step in whenever needed: write a thread, script a reel, set up automations, launch campaigns⸻Who You Are
- 2–4 years experience in social media + content marketing + digital growth
- You’ve built or grown across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, or newsletters
- Deeply AI-savvy—not just tools, but the space itself (open-source models, agent workflows, trending products)
- You’re full-stack: copy, strategy, design brief, analytics, automation
- You’re data-first: You A/B test thumbnails and obsess over performance
- You think like a marketer, act like a creator, and operate like a founder. Compensation & Commitment
