We are looking for the Technical Operation Manager with 8 to 10 years’ experience in managing a team responsible for the Support / Operations of Access Control, CCTV, Fire, Entrance Automation, Software etc.

This position is for our Mumbai office & only local candidate will be preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Desired Candidate Profile Responsibilities include but not limited to

- Manage day-to-day activities of all products related technical aspect.
- Able to lead & manage a team of Pre Sales & Support. Become a single point of contact for Customers / Mgmt. for Support Escalations.
- Responsible for coordination & managing within Pre-Sales, Sales, Support team & Customer.
- Supporting Sales team with Product Demos to customers Online/Onsite for large projects.
- Managing Product & Technical trainings to SI Partners/End-users
- Manage necessary documentations & create PowerPoint presentation as and when required.
- Taking initiative & working on new requirements & solutions.




- Manage Customer issue escalations
- Vendor management and monitoring their SLA.
- Willingness to learn recent technologies and upgrade knowledge

Qualification & Skills required:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Electronic Security Industry
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Team Management
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
- Good verbal & email communication (Fluent in English) and reporting skills
- Good leadership skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively

Salary - 8 Lac per Annum

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
