About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Website Developer (WordPress) to join our growing digital marketing company. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining responsive WordPress websites while ensuring high performance, security, and an excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
- Design responsive and mobile-friendly websites.
- Convert UI/UX designs into functional WordPress websites.
- Customize themes and plugins according to project requirements.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
- Integrate third-party plugins, APIs, and payment gateways when required.
- Troubleshoot website issues and perform regular maintenance.
- Ensure website security, backups, and timely updates.
- Collaborate with the design, SEO, and digital marketing teams to deliver client projects.
- Test websites across different browsers and devices for compatibility.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP.




- Experience with Elementor, WPBakery, or other page builders.
- Understanding of responsive web design principles.
- Knowledge of website optimization, SEO-friendly development, and website security.
- Familiarity with cPanel, web hosting, domain management, and SSL configuration.
- Basic knowledge of Git/version control is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Eligibility

- Graduate or Diploma holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any relevant field.
- 1–3+ years of experience in WordPress website development.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or IT company is preferred.
- A portfolio of live WordPress websites is mandatory.
