Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of BMW vehicles by understanding customer requirements and providing tailored product recommendations.

- Generate leads through walk-ins, digital enquiries, referrals, and corporate/business networking.

- Conduct qualified product presentations, test drives, and vehicle demonstrations.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to vehicle delivery and post-sales follow-up.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business.

- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.





- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities through CRM.

- Stay updated on BMW products, competitor offerings, and market trends.

Candidate Profile

- 3–6 years of experience in automobile sales.

- Experience in luxury or premium automotive brands will be preferred.

- Strong product knowledge of passenger vehicles and the automotive sales process.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Target-driven with a customer-first approach.

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.

- Preferred Industry Background

Candidates from premium or luxury automobile dealerships such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volvo, Jaguar Land Rover, Lexus, or leading passenger vehicle brands like Toyota, Škoda, Volkswagen, Hyundai, Kia, Honda, Mahindra, Tata Motors, or MG Motor are encouraged to apply.
