Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible Landscape Maintenance Managers to supervise day-to-day landscape maintenance activities, manage site teams, and ensure excellent landscape quality at client locations.

Fresh graduates with a passion for landscaping are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily landscape maintenance activities.
- Lead and manage gardeners and maintenance staff.
- Monitor plant health and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure irrigation systems are functioning efficiently.
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities.
- Monitor pruning, fertilization, pest, and disease control.
- Maintain landscape quality standards across assigned sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections.
- Coordinate with clients regarding maintenance activities.
- Prepare daily and weekly work reports.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness at project sites.
- Manage inventory of tools, fertilizers, pesticides,



and other materials.
- Train gardeners on best horticultural practices.

Minimum Qualification

- B.Sc. in Horticulture (Mandatory)

Experience

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture, gardening, or nursery management will be given preference.
