Job Overview

WSNE Consulting is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Professional Recruiter with experience or strong interest in end-to-end IT Recruitment.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Handle PAN India hiring for multiple IT roles across junior, mid, and senior levels.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen candidates for technical and behavioral fit and coordinate interviews with technical and business stakeholders.
- Work on requirements related to IT technologies such as Java, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), SAP Modules , Cyber Security , AI ML roles .
- Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill expectations, and timelines.
- Ensure adherence to hiring SLAs,



quality benchmarks, and documentation processes.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports using ATS or internal tracking systems.

Preferred candidate profile

IMMEDIATE JOINERS ARE PREFERRED

- 6 months to 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment
- Proven experience in PAN India hiring and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with major job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are highly preferred.

Pay: ₹10,152.80 - ₹22,679.59 per month
